Who owns WisdmLabs products?
WisdmLabs LearnDash Add-ons are the newest acquisition to join the LearnDash suite of online learning and training solutions.
The following Add-ons are now under LearnDash ownership:
- Instructor Role
- Ratings, Reviews & Feedback
- Reports for LearnDash
- Group Registration
- Content Cloner
- eLumine Theme
What is going to change with the Add-Ons
No immediate changes will be made. We plan to address issues with the Add-ons that users have identified previously and to improve functionality overall. Our goal is to make products you rely on work even better than before.
Are any of the products going to be discontinued?
All WisdmLabs Add-ons are fully functional, as you expect them to be, and you can download them all from your Accounts dashboard under the Subscriptions tab.
Are WisdmLabs Add-ons included in LearnDash Cloud plans?
Currently, the Add-ons are only available for purchase individually.
Where can I access WisdmLabs Add-ons?
You can access any of your purchased LearnDash Add-ons in your Accounts dashboard under the Subscriptions tab.
How can I access my license?
You can view your licenses by going to your LearnDash Account page under the Subscriptions tab. You will see all your active and expired licenses.
What if I purchased WisdmLabs with a different email address?
If you purchased WisdmLabs with a different email address, you will have two accounts and will need to log in to the correct one. Please contact us if you would like to have these merged. You may also reach us directly at support@learndash.com.
My License isn’t working, how can I fix this?
We’ve had a few licenses that have not transferred over properly but we’re already working on this. If you are experiencing errors with your licensing please contact our Billing team by logging into your LearnDash account and selecting the Support tab. You can also reach us directly at billing@learndash.com. Please be sure to provide the license and any relevant information.

You can submit a support ticket by logging into your LearnDash account and selecting the Support tab. You may also reach us directly at support@learndash.com.
